For Instructors
In the instructor area you can view the scheduled training events where you are the instructor. You can also see attendees in your upcoming and recent events and pending achievements that you can update.

View attendees in upcoming events
You can click on one of the upcoming events and then on Manage Enrollments to view the participants for this event.

Alternatively, you can also click on View participants in upcoming events or View participants in recent events to view the enrollments across multiple events.

Confirm the attendance
After a training took place and to keep track on attendance, select participants to change their attendance status, and click on Update Achievements.
To do so, open the event in the For Instructors section and click on Manage Enrollments (see Manage Enrollments by event).

From there, you can enter and mark the achievements of the selected users. Enter the Date Achieved and the Date Expires, if you want users to re-do the course after a specific period.

In the Result column you have the following options to choose from:
Pending: This is the default value and means that the course has not yet completed
Achieved: User successfully completed the course & attended the event
No-Show: User was enrolled, but did not attend
Not Achieved: User didn’t complete the course and has to attend anew or retry the quiz (will be set automatically if user didn’t pass the quiz on a self-paced training (#link#).
Cancelled: Will be set automatically if a user cancelled the enrollment
Once you selected the enter the achievement date, an expiration, if necessary and click on Save. This will update the achievement for all the selected participants.
