Enrollments Show Title as 0 or Processing

Overview

In some situations, newly created enrollments may temporarily display an incorrect or incomplete title such as “0” or “Processing…”, along with missing status information. This behavior is expected under certain conditions and usually resolves automatically.

Symptoms

One or more of the following symptoms may be observed:

  • Enrollment title is set to 0

  • Enrollment title shows Processing…

  • Status field is empty

  • Enrollment appears incomplete or unusable immediately after creation

Cause

When a large number of users enroll simultaneously, enrollment processing may be queued rather than completed instantly.

During this processing window:

  • Enrollment metadata (such as title and status) may not be fully populated

  • Temporary placeholder values (e.g., 0 or Processing) may be displayed

This is a normal system behavior designed to handle high enrollment volumes without failure.

Resolution

In most cases, no action is required.

  • Affected enrollments are automatically processed

  • Titles and status fields are updated correctly once processing completes

  • Enrollment processing typically finishes within 2 hours

Manual Workaround (Optional)

If immediate processing is required, you can manually trigger enrollment processing:

  1. Navigate to the affected Enrollment

  2. Select the enrollment entry

  3. Click Resend Invitation

This forces the system to reprocess the enrollment and populate the missing fields.

Expected Behavior

  • Enrollment titles and status fields are temporarily incomplete

  • Entries correct themselves automatically after background processing

  • No data loss occurs

If the enrollment sill shows as 0 or Processing… after 2 hours and the manual workaround, doesn’t solve it, please reach out to our support.
