Employee Training Management uses two lists to manage training events: The Training Catalog and the Scheduled Trainings list. You can use the Training Catalog to create a list of topics that will be covered in the training events or you can use it as a training program or syllabus. Information about your future training events is saved in respective item the Training Catalog and then automatically appears when you schedule a training event from this item. You can also organize your training directly in the Scheduled Trainings list. Here you can input more specific information about individual events.
Employees can enroll in items from the Training Catalog and Scheduled Trainings list. If attendees are enrolled in an item in the Training Catalog, you can view these enrollments and then add them to a training event you have scheduled for this item.
