What’s New in Version 3.3.25?

The new version includes new features, enhancements & fixes and is available for the following apps:

• SharePoint|sapiens Employee Training Management App – SPFx/Microsoft 365 App
• SharePoint|sapiens Event Management App – SPFx/Microsoft 365 App
• Modern User Interface – SPFX App

🔧 Fixes & Improvements

Copy Enrollment Form Link Fix – When selecting multiple events with the same enrollment form, the correct link will now be copied. If different forms are used, the default form link will be applied.

Improved Tile View Display – Multi-line text and multi-lookup columns now expand correctly in tile view.

Better List View Handling – Long titles in the list view now support line breaks for improved readability.

Regional Language Support – The app now uses en-gb strings when the SharePoint site’s locale is set to to English (United Kingdom), English (Australia), English (South Africa) and English (New Zealand).

Time Zone Setting Update – The “Change” link in the time zone column is hidden if the required user profile settings are disabled.

Accounts check for Group Enrollments – when enrolling from distribution lists or Microsoft 365 groups, only active accounts will be processed—disabled users are automatically excluded.

For Employee Training Management Only:

SCORM Web Part Title Update – You can now change the title of the SCORM web part for better customization.

🚀 New Features and Settings

Open Manage Enrollments directly from the Invite Status tracking dialog.

Event Group Cancellation – Users enrolled in an event group can now cancel single sessions if this option is enabled under Change Settings. Access the detailed article here.

For Employee Training Management Only:

Enroll users in training events, courses, and curriculums from the learners list. This option replaces the Assign Curriculum option and it also allows you to enroll learners into events and courses.

If you want to show this message to organizers (picture below), make sure you configure the learner list URL in the settings list (Lists/sapiensSettingsETM): Key: EnrollFromContactList, Value: Lists/sapiensStudentsListETM/AllItems.aspx

Restart completed courses – if users open a course page for a course, which is already completed, they have the option to Restart. This will create a new achievement set to Pending and once the course is completed, the new achievement will be set to Achieved.

Achievement Updates – If an achievement is replaced by a new one, a message will now display with a direct link to the latest achievement.

MS Forms Quiz Integration – Grade ranking questions in MS form quizzes 

MS Forms Quiz Quiz Grading Enhancements – MS Forms quiz rankings now include warnings if certain question types (e.g., Net Promoter Score, Likert, Rating) cannot be graded.

Teams Meeting Passcode Update – Set isPasscodeRequired when creating a Teams Meeting through settings using the setting TeamsMeetingPasscodeRequired. Microsoft announced that effective February 24, 2025 the isPasscodeRequired property will be set to Yes by default.
To change it to No, use the TeamsMeetingPasscodeRequired setting and set the value to 0. This property will be completely removed on October 31, 2027. This means that all Teams meetings will be created with a passcode. Use the new TeamsMeetingPasscodeRequired setting to override the default before it becomes permanent on October 31, 2027. Announcing the deprecation of the isPasscodeRequired property on the Microsoft Graph online meeting API.
