+ How does the free trial work?
The trial is fully functional, valid for 60 days and absolutely free. Click on "Get a 60-day free trial", enter your e-mail address and you will receive a key and link to the setup files. If you need more time to make your decision, you can extend the trial.
+ How can I extend the trial?
If you wish to extend the trial, send an e-mail with your trial key to firstname.lastname@example.org stating how long you need the trial for. If you can't find the key, rerun the setup and choose "Activate license key". This should display the key currently being used. If this still does not give you the key, attach the unvalidated_surety....xml to the e-mail, this will help us identify your trial key. After we have extended the trial, we will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to activate the new trial.
+ How can I install the solution?
The download package consists of SharePoint solution packages that can be installed on your SharePoint application server. The download package contains a setup which carries out all the necessary steps for you. For more information see the installation instructions.
+ What happens after my trial expires?
When the trial period expires the solution will display a message and stop working. If you need more time to make your decision, we can extend the trial for you (see above). If you like the solution, you can upgrade to the full version (see below). If you decide the solution isn’t for you, you can uninstall it using the setup or manually retract and remove the solution packages in the Central Administration.
+ How can I upgrade to the full version?
You can purchase the full version above. After the purchase has been completed, you will receive a new license key via e-mail. If a trial version has not previously been installed on your system, run the setup and choose install. If a trial is already installed, rerun the setup, choose "Activate license key" and recycle your application pool(s). It is not necessary to reinstall the solution. Everything you have already configured or created during the trial will be kept.
+ What is a perpetual license?
A perpetual license allows you to use the licensed solution indefinitely. Valid SW Maintenance also entitles you to download and install all fixes, updates and new product versions and to receive basic support. After SW Maintenance expires, you can decide to keep the currently installed version or to purchase another year of SW Maintenance, which amounts to roughly 25% of the license costs.
+ What does farm license mean?
The solution is licensed per SharePoint farm. For example, if you wish to install it on one production, one test and one staging farm, you will need 3 farm licenses. We offer volume discounts of up to 50%. Click on the preferred option above to see the volume discount prices.
+ What does SW Maintenance mean?
Valid SW Maintenance entitles you to download and install all fixes, updates and new product versions and to receive basic support. SW Maintenance has to be renewed every year and amounts to roughly 25% of the license costs. The first year is always included. The Professional version includes SW Maintenance for the first 3 years. After SW Maintenance expires, you can decide to keep the currently installed version or to purchase a care pack subscription.
+ What is covered with the basic support?
Basic support includes e-mail, and if we think it is helpful, telephone support or online meetings. Though we do our best to respond immediately to support requests, the most urgent requests take priority. It may take us up to 24 hours to respond. Online meetings are more time-consuming and must therefore be scheduled. We try to arrange them for the soonest time possible, which at worst should be within five days. We provide support on Austrian business days, Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. On request from 6:00am to 9:00pm. Basic support is only provided with valid SW Maintenance.
+ Which payment options do you accept?
You can purchase the licenses directly from our website via shareit.com (click on "purchase now" above). You can use most credit cards, as well as a wire transfer option. If you need an official quote or wish to pay via PayPal, send an e-mail to email@example.com stating the licensing option and the number of licenses (farms) you require. The license keys will be sent by e-mail.

Yes, we offer volume discounts. Click on the preferred option above to see the volume discount prices. To benefit from volume discounts, calculate the number of licenses for production, staging and test or development farms before purchasing.
