The Employee Training Management site template makes managing your training program significantly easier, whether for employees, customers or partners. Demanding activities, such as scheduling various training events, registering participants, organizing specifics and sharing course material, as well as collecting and giving feedback, will be far less time consuming.
Employee Training Management uses two lists to manage training events: The Training Catalog and the Scheduled Trainings list. You can use the Training Catalog to create a list of topics that will be covered in the training events or you can use it as a training program or syllabus. Information about your future training events is saved in respective item the Training Catalog and then automatically appears when you schedule a training event from this item. You can also organize your training directly in the Scheduled Trainings list. Here you can input more specific information about individual events.
Employees can enroll in items from the Training Catalog and Scheduled Trainings list. If attendees are enrolled in an item in the Training Catalog, you can view these enrollments and then add them to a training event you have scheduled for this item.
Add items to the Training Catalog.
Approve the item to make it visible in public views. You can also deactivate content approval on this list to publish items immediately.
See what your employees are interested in and schedule a training event if enough people are interested.
Once a training event is fully booked, it is no longer possible for users to enroll. In the settings you have the option of creating waiting lists for fully booked training events.

You can view all training events attended by an employee and create an employee profile with training events, skills and skill levels. You can also filter the enrollments list to find employees with certain skills and skill levels.
Open the manage enrollments screen to check the attendance status. This is also visible in meeting workspaces.
If you want to collect feedback, all attendees will receive an e-mail with a link to the feedback form once the training event has finished.
There is also a convenient way to insert feedback provided by attendees elsewhere.
Fully configurable HTML e-mail body templates for all e-mails sent by the system. Fields’ display names are used to configure tokens in the e-mail body that are replaced with values from the respective training event.
Configuring individual body templates allows you to provide more specific information and customize each single training event.

It is not necessary to open the Employee Training Management site to check your enrollments, all your training events are also visible in your e-mail client’s calendar.
If the event is fully booked you can sign up for the waiting list to receive a place if one becomes available.
