Create customizable training events and keep track of everything in the training calendar. When creating a new training event you can specify information such as the title, time, location, topic etc.
It is also possible to add extra information about individual training events. For example if the number of participants is restricted, you can limit the number of registrations. Equally you can also specify the skills required for the training event and the skills gained from it.
Give your employees the possibility to search your selection of training events. If a user is interested in a training event, they can sign up for it with one simple click, will immediately receive an invitation and can then view the event in their personal calendar.
As an organizer it is also possible to invite one or more attendees directly. The people invited will receive a meeting request by e-mail and can then use this to confirm their participation.
Do you need to postpone or even cancel an event? No problem! Our template will automatically notify all attendees of any changes. Organizers can also view an overview at any time of who has accepted and who has declined the invitations.
You can set up individual meeting workspaces for every training event. They are perfectly suited for storing course material and documents and can be accessed at any time by the attendees. Whether Word documents, PDF files or PowerPoint presentations, all files can be stored on meeting workspaces.
Would you rather send the learning material directly via e-mail? Our template will even do this for you. Simply attach the files to the invite and all of the attendees will receive the documents in their inbox.
You can automatically send feedback forms to attendees. Additionally the survey’s questions can be customized to suit your requirements. If required, you can even design your own feedback form for each individual training event.
The survey results can be displayed clearly in SharePoint. You can also export the data to an Excel file so that it is easier to process.
Once an employee has completed a training event, the information is stored in a database. This allows you to easily find out which employees have attended which training events.
You can define skills and skill levels for all of the courses offered. This information is then added to attendees’ profiles once they have completed the training. You can therefore use the skill database to easily find an employee with the desired skills.
You no longer have to switch between SharePoint and Outlook to check whether a room is available. Everything is done automatically and you can check the availability with the click of a button.
