What is Microsoft 365 learning pathways?

Microsoft 365 learning pathways is a customizable, on-demand learning solution designed to increase usage and adoption of Microsoft 365 services in your organization.

Microsoft 365 learning pathways will give you access to official, always up-to-date, Microsoft training content that you can display to users on all SharePoint sites within your Office 365 tenant.

The advantage of using Microsoft 365 learning pathways is that you can pull documentation from an up-to-date Microsoft online catalog.

You can also create your own playlists, including learning content from Microsoft’s online content catalog, but also your own learning content.

Set up Microsoft 365 learning pathways

If you want to use Microsoft 365 learning pathways in your Office 365 tenant, you have a couple of options.

The easiest option is to use SharePoint Provisioning Service.

Once provisioning is complete, also add the add-in ‘Microsoft 365 learning pathways’ to the SharePoint site where the ‘SharePoint|sapiens Employee Training Management’ add-in is installed.

Include Microsoft 365 learning pathways content using course pages

You can use course pages and add the Microsoft 365 learning pathways webpart to display learning pathways content. Learn more about course pages

Once a course page has been created, you can add the Microsoft 365 learning pathways webpart to the page and select the playlist you want to display on the course page.

Once the web part is configured, publish the course page to make it visible to users.
