Attendees receive a collective meeting request via e-mail and can accept, tentatively accept or decline the invitation. Compatible with all applications supporting the iCalendar format.

The current status of the users invited will then be displayed in the meeting information in SharePoint. Organizers can also receive notifications about status changes and attendee responses.
