Basic support includes e-mail, and if we think it is helpful, telephone support or online meetings.
Though we do our best to respond immediately to support requests, the most urgent requests take priority. It may take us up to 24 hours to respond.
Online meetings are more time-consuming and must therefore be scheduled in advance. We try to arrange them for the soonest time possible, which should be within five days at the most.
We provide support on Austrian business days:
· Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and
· Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
· On request from 6:00am to 9:00pm.
· We are located in Austria, the time zone is CET (GMT+1)
