A few weeks ago one of our customers reported an issue they encountered connecting the List Filter Web Part with a Thumbnail View of a Picture Library. Thanks Marcel!
The problem was that the List Filter Web Part uses jQuery and the $ sign from jQuery is in conflict with the $ sign used in SharePoint Scripts, but only in Picture Library “Thumbnails” views.
This conflict is now resolved and the SharePoint List Filter Web Part now also works in Picture Library Thumbnail views.
