Last week we published a new version of the SharePoint List Filter Web Part.
In the new version of the List Filter Web Part, you can decide if you want to display a ‘Search Now’ button instead of filtering immediately. You can activate the button in the web part configuration.
The export now opens as .xlsx. If the filter web part is connected with multiple views, there is one sheet for each view.
New date ranges “From today” and “Till today” are available.
In the new version you can display the number of items in the results and the total number of items in the connected view. You can enable this in the web part configuration.
You can now also use wildcard search for choice columns.
For number and currency columns you can now use values and ranges. E.g. 0 – 100.
The new version is published as the latest setup: sapiens.at.setup.fwp.zip.
The download contains one setup for SharePoint 2010 and one for SharePoint 2013.
To upgrade to the new version, run the setup and choose repair after the system check.
If you don’t have a valid SharePoint List Filter Web Part license, you can get a trial key on the product page.
If you have problems installing the new version of the SharePoint List Filter Web Part or any other questions, please send an e-mail to [email protected].
