Create a workflow in the Enrollments list and add an “If any value equals value” condition.
Enter the following settings for the first value.
To set the “Value” field under “Find the List Item”, click on the button and enter the information as follows.
Now click on “equals” and select “is greater than or equal to”
The next step is to set the second value, so click on value and enter the following information.
Set the value field as above and click on OK.
Then you need to select “Send an Email” from the Action menu.
Click on “these users” and then the button next to “To”.
Select “Workflow Lookup for a User…”.
Then enter the following information.
For the “Value” field, enter the same information as above.
You can then use the form to customize the e-mail you wish to send to the organizer.
In addition, you need to make sure you have selected the “Start workflow automatically when an item is created” option in the start settings.
