Trial version

Is the trial fully functional?
Our trial is fully functional for 30 days, with no feature limitations. During this time, you can take full advantage of our app, adding as many organizers and users as needed and on as many sites as necessary. This allows you to experience the app’s complete functionality before making a decision.
Do I get support during the trial phase?
Absolutely! During your trial phase, you can count on us to assist you. You will find helpful articles, how-tos and user guides in our documentation section.  While exploring our app, feel free to reach out to our support team. Our commitment is to respond promptly to your support requests. We are also happy to schedule an online meeting session via Teams to get you started.
What happens with the test site if I decide to purchase the license?
When you decide to purchase a license, you have the flexibility to transfer it to your new site(s). You can also continue using the site you created for the trial. That way, you can maintain your work and configurations while enjoying the benefits of a fully licensed app without the need to start over.

Can I get a quote?
You can create your own quote from within the app. If you haven’t installed the trial yet, click on Start Your Free Trial above and follow the instructions to add the app. On the SharePoint website where the app is installed, open the site contents view, click on the app SharePoint|sapiens Employee Training Management or SharePoint|sapiens Event Management , click on View Account Details and then on Change Plan. Select your plan and click on get a quote.
How can I subscribe to a plan?
You can subscribe to a plan from within the app. If you haven’t installed the trial yet, click on Start Your Free Trial above and follow the instructions to quickly add the app. On the SharePoint website where the app is installed, open the site contents view, click on the app SharePoint|sapiens Employee Training Management or SharePoint|sapiens Event Management, click on View Account Details and then on Change Plan.
How can I up- and downgrade my plan subscription?
You can up- or downgrade your subscription from within the app. On the SharePoint website where the app is installed, open the site contents view, click on the app SharePoint|sapiens Employee Training Management or SharePoint|sapiens Event Management, click on View Account Details and then on Change Plan.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from within the app. On the SharePoint website where the app is installed, open the site contents view, click on the app SharePoint|sapiens Employee Training Management or SharePoint|sapiens Event Management , click on View Account Details and then on Cancel Subscription at the end of the current billing period. In case you deleted your site without cancelling the subscription before, please contact our support team.
Can I get an individual quote?
Yes, please contact our support team to request an individual quote.
How do I get an online invoice after online checkout?
You can download all invoices and preview the next one from within the app. On the SharePoint website where the app is installed, open the site contents view, click on the app, click on View Account Details and click on an invoice in the Invoices section and download the PDF.

Services

Is support included in the subscription?
Yes, standard support is included in all of our pricing plans. Standard support includes e-mail, and if we think it is helpful online meetings. We are happy to assist you on all of our app-related questions or if you need our feedback on specific customizations and implementations. We are committed to helping you make the most of our apps. As our apps are built on SharePoint Online, we expect our customers to have a good understanding of SharePoint Online. This is key to ensure a smooth and effective integration.
Response time and support hours
Our commitment is to respond promptly to your support requests. While we aim to address your inquiries immediately, please allow us up to 48 hours to respond. Online meetings are more time-consuming and must therefore be scheduled in advance. We try to arrange them for the soonest time possible, which should be within five days at the most. Our support hours are based on Austrian business days (Central European Time) as follows: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday: 9:00am to 1:00pm. On request, we can also provide support from 6:00am to 9:00pm to accommodate different time zones and schedules.
